System Engineer (MSP) – Hybrid Workplace Responsibilities:
- -Act as the primary technical expert for all infrastructure-related outages, failures, and problems, ensuring swift resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Engage in both proactive and reactive Incident Response to address system or service anomalies, minimizing downtime and ensuring continuity of services.
- Deliver top-tier technical support in storage, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and Windows OS, ensuring robust and reliable IT infrastructure for clients.
- Lead the implementation of advanced solutions in Azure VMs, VMware, and Hyper-V environments, driving project work that optimizes virtualized infrastructure to meet client needs.
- Identify and drive initiatives to automate repeatable networking tasks, enhancing efficiency through the creation and maintenance of scripts and tools.
- Quickly assess issues and determine root causes, even in unfamiliar technical environments and with new technologies, ensuring rapid and effective problem resolution.
