System Engineer (MSP-Project Team) Responsibilities/Requirements:
- Ability to successfully implement, deploy and maintain Microsoft-related technologies: Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, Office 365, etc.
- Design, deploy, and maintain Windows Server 2008/2012/2016/2019: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Printing, etc.
- Experience serving as a Tier 3 escalation point
- Communicate with clients/ provide recommendations/ improvements
- Experience with Cloud Technologies Azure, InTune, SharePoint, AWS
- Strong technical experience with Hyper-V, VMware, Cisco products, Windows Servers
- 3+ years of Managed Service Provider Experience REQUIRED
