System Engineer (Tier 2/3 – MSP)

We are seeking a System Engineer (Tier 2/3 – MSP)) candidate to be part of a growing MSP. The System Engineer (Tier 2/3 – MSP) will support clients in implementing projects and deploying new technologies daily. The System Engineer (Tier 2/3 – MSP) will be responsible for modernizing infrastructures, accessing and building networks, and supporting escalated support.

CANDIDATES POSSESSING EXPERIENCE working for IT Managed Service Provider and working with ConnectWise and VMware are HIGHLY encouraged to apply. The System Engineer (Tier 2/3 – MSP) will commit to excellence and good customer service. The System Engineer (Tier 2/3 – MSP) will ensure a cohesive work environment for the organization.

System Engineer (Tier 2/3 – MSP) Experience:

Troubleshooting and deploying Windows 2012/2016/2019
Installation and configuration of Office 365 and domain synchronization
Superior troubleshooting/diagnostic skills
Deploying servers on-premises and cloud environments
Implement and maintain local area networks (switching, routing, firewalls, and configuration of remote access and site-to-site VPNs)
2+ years of experience working for a Managed Service Provider REQUIRED or at least six years of active IT experience
ConnectWise experience
Installation and configuration of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
Installation and configuration of (Cisco Meraki Switches and Firewalls)
Installation and configuration of Hyper-V
Installation and configuration of VMware ESXi
Installation and configuration of Citrix XenApp / XenDesktop
Administration of one or more: Hyper-V, VMware, or Citrix
Configure servers and other key components in Azure
Azure administration and support
Installation of Citrix XenApp/ XenDestop
