System Engineer Tier 2 – Cloud Technologies

Our growing managed services provider (MSP) company is seeking an experienced System Engineer Tier 2 – Cloud Technologies with proven MSP industry knowledge and migration skills to join our team. As an IT System Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the IT infrastructure of our clients, as well as managing and performing migrations. System Engineer Tier 2 – Cloud Technologies Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure of our clients.
  • Provide technical support to clients for their IT requirements and problems.
  • Monitor and respond to tickets and requests related to clients’ IT infrastructure.
  • Participate in network and infrastructure projects, including migrations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client configurations and settings.
  • Collaborate with team members and clients to develop project plans and timelines.
  • Continuously learn and stay updated on new technologies and industry trends.
  • Identify and recommend improvements in processes and procedures to streamline the management of the IT infrastructure.

System Engineer Tier 2 – Cloud Technologies Requirements:

  • MSP industry experience
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server and M365
  • Knowledge of cloud-based and virtualized environments (AWS, Azure, VMware, Hyper-V)
  • Experience with RMM and PSA tools
  • Firewall configurations and deployment experience

System Engineer Tier 2 – Cloud Technologies Salary & Benefits:
