IT Support Specialist II – Managed Services Provider

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist II to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a problem-solver with strong technical skills who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver remote and on-site IT support for clients within a 45-minute radius of Hazlet, NJ.
- Troubleshoot Windows Desktop issues and provide support for Microsoft 365, including Outlook and mobile device email configurations.
- Utilize ConnectWise Manage, Automate, and Control for IT service management (experience preferred).
- Administer Azure Active Directory (AAD) and other cloud-based IT solutions.
- Diagnose and resolve virus, malware, and cybersecurity threats effectively.
- Install and troubleshoot network components and perform basic network diagnostics.
- Manage backup solutions such as Datto, Carbonite, and Azure.
- Conduct Windows Server troubleshooting and repairs as needed.
- Provide top-tier customer service, ensuring client satisfaction with every interaction.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Recent MSP experience and the ability to work independently.
- Experience with M365 troubleshoot and administration, AD and Entra ID, PC Upgrades, Firewall troubleshooting
