System Escalation Engineer – MSP

We are seeking a experienced System Escalation Engineer – MSP to work on both the Support and Projects front of a Manufactured/Cloud Provider firm based out of New York. We are looking for a System Escalation Engineer – MSP to become a top-level technical presence to help steer our company as we continue to grow.

The System Escalation Engineer – MSP will be the support of Cloud, Servers, and Desktops for clients, providing customer service via walking colleagues or clients through steps to help them resolve their technical issues remotely or in-person (mostly remote). The System Escalation Engineer – MSP will support O365/Azure deployments, virtualizing servers via Hyper-V/VMware, Server/Desktop support, and Networking configurations.

** MSP EXPERIENCE REQUIRED **

System Escalation Engineer – MSP Requirements:

MUST HAVE 2+ YEARS OF MANAGED SERVICE PROVIDER EXPERIENCE
Azure deployments and migration experience
Working Knowledge of Cloud Services: Office365, Azure, AWS, or GCP Experience.
Experience managing and creating of Active Directory and Group Policy
Coordinating and implementing client/server applications architecture
Virtualization (VMware and/or Hyper-V)
P2V migration experience
Implementing network software and hardware upgrades (Cisco Meraki; SonicWall)
Configuring and managing firewalls, switches, WAPs, VPNs, and other network appliances
