System/Network Engineer – (MSP)

We are seeking an experienced System/Network Engineer – (MSP) to join our team. The System/Network Engineer – (MSP) is a critical role in our Managed IT Services delivery. As a System/Network Engineer – (MSP) you will focus on providing proactive support and working on infrastructure modernization projects. The System/Network Engineer – (MSP) should be comfortable with Microsoft server solutions such as Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Hyper-V, clusters, etc. As well as, networking and security skills – next-gen firewalls (SonicWALL preferred), AV, CFS, routing, switching, network access control systems, and WiFi.

System/Network Engineer – (MSP) Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven hands-on experience as a systems/network engineer
  • Understanding and exposure to voice technologies and protocols – VoIP, SIP, PRI, 3CX, Asterisk, Teams, Skype, etc
  • Detailed experience with infrastructure migrations and improvements
  • Detailed experience with common key cloud line of business applications
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • MSP Experience
