Due to company growth, we are seeking a System/Network Solutions Architect – MSP with expertise in Microsoft Azure to join our team. The System/Network Solutions Architect – MSP will be responsible for designing and leading the implementation of customized IT Solutions for our clients. The System/Network Solutions Architect – MSP will work with cross functional teams such as Sales, Engineering and Operations to deliver and implement these technical solutions.

System/Network Solutions Architect – MSP Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions that leverage Microsoft Azure and other cutting-edge technologies.
• Conduct analysis of client infrastructure, applications, and business processes to architect effective and scalable solutions.
• Design system architectures, create solution blueprints, and produce detailed technical documentation.
• Provide recommendations on Microsoft Azure platform services, solutions, and best practices.
• Lead solution presentations and engage in technical discussions with clients
• Work closely with the engineering team to oversee the implementation of solutions, ensuring adherence to design specifications.
• Provide ongoing technical support to clients, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and offer continuous improvement recommendations.
• Implementing network software and hardware upgrades (Cisco Meraki; SonicWall)
• Configuration, management, and troubleshooting skills for routers, switches, and firewalls

System/Network Solutions Architect – MSP Requirements

• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role within an MSP or IT consulting environment.
• MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING FOR A MANAGED SERVICE PROVIDER
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and cloud technologies.
•  In-depth expertise in designing and implementing solutions using Microsoft Azure services and solutions.
• Familiarity with other cloud platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud, is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycles, application architectures, and integration methodologies.
• Strong communication and consultative skills in order to explain technology solutions to technical and non technical people
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, MCSE: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure, or similar, are highly advantageous.
