Senior Support Engineer – IT Services
Location: Columbia, MD
Salary: $90,000-$120,000

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain server operating systems, backups, and Active Directory.
  • Handle escalated Tier 2 technical issues across hybrid environments.
  • Work with Azure, Intune, SharePoint, and Entra ID for enterprise solutions.
  • Configure and support firewalls, routers, and networking technologies.
  • Provide end-user support for Windows desktop OS, Office 365, and mobile devices.
  • Participate in client-facing and internal meetings to ensure project success.

Required Experience

  • 5+ years in IT support, including Office 365 and Azure administration.
  • Proficiency in VMware, Hyper-V, and SAN management.
  • Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, routers, firewalls).
  • Experience with ConnectWise Automate and RMM/IT Glue tools.
  • Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation.
  • Solid understanding of backup systems and disaster recovery solutions.
