Systems Administrator & Network Administrator (MSP)
We are currently seeking a Systems Administrator & Network Administrator (MSP). To be considered, you’ll need 2+ years working at a Managed Service Provider and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Technologies.
The Systems Administrator & Network Administrator (MSP) will be part of a Cloud Services company that exclusively focuses on the SMB market. The Systems Administrator & Network Administrator (MSP) will support a growing cloud services and external network systems for SMB clients. The IT Systems Administrator & Network Administrator (MSP) will be responsible for escalations on the helpdesk, assisting with projects such as migrations, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients.
Systems Administrator & Network Administrator (MSP) Requirements:
- 5+ years of helpdesk technician/network administration
- 5+ years hands on experience with Windows Servers including Active Directory, AD group policies and OU hierarchies
- 2+ years of experience working for a Managed Service Provider**
- Hyper-V and VMware experience
- ConnectWise/ConnectWise Automate or Manage preferred
- Working knowledge on Microsoft products like Exchange Server, SQL Server, SharePoint, O365 (M365)
- HP/Dell/Lenovo server hardware
- Working knowledge of Ethernet, TCP/IP, wireless networking, IPv6, firewalls, routing and switching, DHCP,DNS, cabling
- Working knowledge of network security technologies such as WatchGuard and Cisco firewalls and IDS
