Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to join our Managed IT division. This role involves overseeing client onboarding, implementing new hardware, managing migration projects, and providing technical support for complex issues. You will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless technology transitions and supporting our clients’ IT needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Implement new hardware solutions, including firewalls, switches, wireless devices, and backup appliances.
  • Lead data and server migration projects.
  • Develop and document statements of work, including required licensing and products.
  • Create detailed documentation for technical procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting.
  • Provide advanced technical support for escalated issues.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT support.
  • 5+ years of experience with Windows desktop and server environments.
  • 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Azure infrastructure development and management.
  • 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft 365 cloud services.
  • Proficient in WAN, LAN, and VLAN technologies.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.).
  • Willingness to work outside of regular business hours to complete projects.
  • Valid driver’s license and the ability to pass an MVR report check.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
