The Systems Engineer (Windows) – MSP will be joining a dynamic and well established Managed Services Provider who has been in business for almost 30 years. Our focus is on infrastructure support services for small to mid size businesses. We have been expanding our service offerings which allows dynamic growth opportunities in cloud, security, professional services and managed services.
Systems Engineer (Windows) – MSP Responsibilities:
- Windows Server Support
- Backup and Disaster Recovery (BDR)
- Security Monitoring, Assessment and Remediation.
- Operating System installations & configuration
- Cloud and virtualization using Hyper-V, VMWare, and other technologies.
- Firewall, Router, Switch installation and configuration
- Office 365 administration/migration
Systems Engineer (Windows) – MSP Requirements:
- 1+ years experience working for a Managed or Cloud Service Provider
- Experience with ConnectWise or Kaseya a major plus!
- Ability to work on multiple priorities and/or projects simultaneously
- Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Workstation Operating Systems and Applications
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge in; servers, routers/switches/firewalls.
