Talent Acquisition Manager (IT Recruiting) Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition Manager’s0 manage a set of IT clients (Existing clients only, NO SALES)
- Talent Acquisition Manager’s submit qualified talent, schedule interviews, and write up job orders
- Talent Acquisition Manager’s negotiate offers/salary’s
- Talent Acquisition Manager’s maintain client and candidate relationships to make the best match
- Talent Acquisition Manager’s have the luxury of prioritizing their own accounts, client relationships and job orders – no micro managing and innovation/ creativity is encouraged
Talent Acquisition Manager (IT Recruiting) Requirements:
- 1-5 years of staffing agency experience
- MUST BE Fully Vaccinated for COVID-19
- Ability to maintain client relationships
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- IT Infrastructure Staffing experience is a MAJOR PLUS typical skills include: Windows, Exchange, VMware, Hyper-V, Azure, Cisco.
Talent Acquisition Advisor (IT Recruiting) Salary & Benefits:
- Competitive Base Salary + Commission (First year to third year compensation ranges between $75K – $135K+) (Base salary around $60k)
