Talent Acquisition Specialist (Direct Hire Only Staffing) Requirements:
- 1-5 years of experience working for a staffing firm
- MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED**
- Motivation, ambition, and empathy
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Strong communication skills
- IT Infrastructure Staffing experience is a MAJOR PLUS typical skills include: Windows, Exchange, VMware, Hyper-V, Azure, Cisco.
Talent Acquisition Specialist (Direct Hire Only Staffing) Salary & Benefits:
- Competitive Base Salary + Commission (First year to third year compensation ranges between $75K – $135K+) (Base salary typically around $60k)
- Bowman Williams pays 100% of health benefits (including dental)
- Unlimited Paid-Time Off (PTO).
- Partial Work from home (2 days from home, 3 days in office)
- We take a 2-hour lunch break EVERY DAY between 11:30AM – 1:30PM (Business hours are 8AM – 5PM.)
