We are having our best year ever and are looking to bring on a staffing experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist (IT Recruiter) to join our team. The Talent Acquisition Specialist (IT Recruiter) will work with our Account Managers to identify top talent and match candidates to positions.

Talent Acquisition Specialist (IT Recruiter)  Requirements: 

  • 1+ years of experience working for a recruiting firm Required**
  • MUST be fully vaccinated  (Covid-19)
  • 2-5 years of recruiting experience
  • Ability to source, interview, identify top talent, and match them up with positions
  • MOTIVATED
  • Strong communication and ability to communicate with C-level executives
  • Strong Interpersonal skills

Talent Acquisition Specialist (IT Recruiter) Benefits:

  • We provide competitive pay in Base + Commission structure: First year earnings are around $75K – $135K and second year earnings is around $125K – $150K.   Third year and beyond is about $150K – $200K. (Base salary typically around $60k)
