Talent Acquisition Specialist (IT Staffing) Requirements:
- 1-5 years of staffing agency experience
- Ability to maintain client/ candidate relationships
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- IT Infrastructure Staffing experience is a MAJOR PLUS typical skills include: Windows, Exchange, VMware, Hyper-V, Azure, Cisco.
Talent Acquisition Specialist (IT Staffing) Salary & Benefits:
- Competitive Base Salary + Commission (First year to third year compensation ranges between $75K – $135K+)
