Talent Acquisition Specialist (Tech Industry) Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience working for a recruiting firm
- 1+ years of experience in sourcing, interviewing, matching candidates to positions
- Must be fully vaccinated **
- Strong communication and ability to communicate with candidates
- Strong Interpersonal skills
Talent Acquisition Specialist (Tech Industry) Firm Benefits:
- We provide competitive pay in Base + Commission structure: First year earnings are around $75K – $135K and second year earnings is around $125K – $150K. Third year and beyond is about $150K – $200K. Base Salary typically around $60k.
- We are in the process of building out a new office space (in Arlington) that is four times the size of our current office.
