TAM – MSP Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) with strategic partners to proactively manage the service experience and mitigate churn
- Staying in scope and interfacing with client and internal sales team when scope changes and develop and build strong relationships
- Oversee project management through all phases of the customer relationship – coordinating with the customer, technical resources, 3rd party vendors and support personnel to ensure agreed timelines are being met.
- Regularly communicate with assigned accounts, set expectations, and negotiate priorities appropriately
- Design and develop innovative solutions to client requirements
- Document, track, and support compliance with clients’ Service Level Agreement
TAM – MSP Requirements:
- 3 or more years of MSP experience
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license, with accessible vehicle during working hours
- Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Experience supporting enterprise-level applications is preferred
- Broad knowledge of IT Systems functionality and interoperability
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, Windows Server, Storage, Hypervisors and Connectivity
- Experience with Remote Desktop Services and Virtual Desktop infrastructure
