Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Technical Account Manager/ IT Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and overseeing project execution to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding & Project Management: Oversee the onboarding process for new clients and manage ongoing projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Reporting & Metrics: Create and present reports and metrics for clients, analyze ticket metrics and trends to reduce ticket counts.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for client service, managing both reactive and proactive communications through email, phone, and regular check-ins.
  • Technical Strategy & Training: Work with Technical Leads to develop and implement client technical strategies. Provide training on onboarding, security, and other technical topics as needed.
  • Meetings & Reviews: Organize and lead client tech review meetings and project scope meetings to align on objectives and address any concerns.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, Windows and Mac OS, mobile devices, cloud services, and desktop applications
  • Knowledge of switching/network technology and server functions
  • Proficiency in ConnectWise, Kaseya, Microsoft Office, and SonicWALL GMS

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Account Management
  • 2+ years working for an IT Managed Service Provider REQUIRED
  • Strong technical skills with a problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Salary: $80,000 – $90,000
