Technical Account Manager (IT Managed Services) Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of technology projects
- Utilize a Cross-functional skill set to ensure a high level of client satisfaction by taking charge of difficult issues and ensuring that we are reactive properly to client feedback
- Conduct end-user technology systems training
- Ensure that all service-level agreements are met
- Maintain rapport with clients
