Technical Account Manager (IT Managed Services):

We are continuing to expand and are seeking a Technical Account Manager (IT Managed Services) to maintain and grow positive relationships with our clients. The Technical Account Manager (IT Managed Services) builds relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service characterized by mutual respect, understanding, and trust. This position requires the individual to possess strong relationship skills, exhibit technical knowledge, and have experience working for a MSP.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a base salary of $75k – $85k + commission (OTE of $115k) with an excellent benefits package.

Technical Account Manager (IT Managed Services) Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of technology projects
  • Utilize a Cross-functional skill set to ensure a high level of client satisfaction by taking charge of difficult issues and ensuring that we are reactive properly to client feedback
  • Conduct end-user technology systems training
  • Ensure that all service-level agreements are met
  • Maintain rapport with clients
