Technical Account Manager (Managed Services):

We are a fast-growing MSP providing Managed IT, Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Compliance solutions to small and mid-sized professional service firms. We’re seeking a Technical Account Manager (Managed Services) to lead client relationships, drive technology strategy, and align IT services with business goals.

Technical Account Manager (Managed Services) Day to Day:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding all technical and service delivery matters
  • Advise clients on IT strategy, infrastructure planning, and emerging technology trends
  • Lead regular business review meetings to present insights, propose projects, and ensure alignment with client goals
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure service quality and effective resolution of escalations
  • Identify upsell opportunities that bring value to the client and increase account profitability
  • Monitor account health, client satisfaction, and service quality, proactively addressing any issues

Technical Account Manager (Managed Services) Required Experience:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a Technical Account Manager, vCIO, or client-facing IT service delivery role within an MSP environment
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, and general IT systems planning
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking, business acumen, and a consultative approach to problem-solving
  • Relevant certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, etc.) are a plus
