We are seeking a Technical Account Manager (MSP) who will be the primary technical and sales liaison between us and our clients. The Technical Account Manager (MSP) will oversee a select group of clients is responsible to maintain the client’s overall level of satisfaction. The Technical Account Manager (MSP) will handle their clients’ day-to-day service requests as well as the pricing and equipment selection for both major and minor projects.

Sales is not the main function of the Technical Account Manager (MSP) role, but we do offer commission to any increase in revenue that you played a role in acquiring.

Technical Account Manager (MSP) Requirements:

  • Develop relationships with key client contacts (senior partners, managers and executives) as their trusted advisor through regularly scheduled meetings (conference calls and onsite).
  • Act as the client advocate and liaison to all other internal departments, as well as other vendors who provide services to clients.
  • Ensure that all escalated issues reported by client are tracked and addressed, and the client is involved and updated on status.
  • Develop relationships with technical product vendors to build product sales and support capabilities.
  • Prepare and present project, service and product quotes for clients.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to develop detailed work plans using company standard processes and procedures.
  • Provide direction and coordination to internal and external project teams to accomplish work within schedule and budget.
  • Previous MSP experience an absolute must

  • Salary: between $70K – $80K + commissions
