Technical Account Manager – MSP Responsibilities:
- Assist with the client onboarding process
- Staying in scope and interfacing with client and internal sales team when scope changes and develop and build strong relationships
- Engaging with client support as a client advocate to ensure speedy resolution of client issues
- Regularly communicate with assigned accounts, set expectations, and negotiate priorities appropriately
- Design and develop innovative solutions to client requirements
- Document, track, and support compliance with clients’ Service Level Agreement
Technical Account Manager – MSP Requirements:
- 2 or more years of MSP experience
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license, with accessible vehicle during working hours
- Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Experience supporting enterprise-level applications is preferred
