Technical Account Manager – MSP

We are actively in search of an experienced Technical Account Manager – MSP to join a Managed Services firm. The successful Technical Account Manager – MSP will manage customer relationships, expectations, and liaise to internal communities and stakeholders to ensure customer success. In this dynamic customer facing, process-oriented role, you will participate in safeguarding our revenue, retaining our clients, growing our accounts, and spearheading projects to modernize client infrastructure.

Technical Account Manager – MSP Manage the Client’s technical proposal process and ensure that all technical information and recommendations addressing client requirements are accurate, properly defined, and detailed. Technical Account Manager – MSP will apply fundamental troubleshooting skills to issues before escalating to the appropriate group. The Technical Account Manager – MSP is also responsible for developing statements of work for products and services needed. This position requires effective interaction with engineering.

Technical Account Manager – MSP Responsibilities:

Assist with the client onboarding process
Staying in scope and interfacing with client and internal sales team when scope changes and develop and build strong relationships
Engaging with client support as a client advocate to ensure speedy resolution of client issues
Regularly communicate with assigned accounts, set expectations, and negotiate priorities appropriately
Design and develop innovative solutions to client requirements
Document, track, and support compliance with clients’ Service Level Agreement

Technical Account Manager – MSP Requirements:

2 or more years of MSP experience
Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license, with accessible vehicle during working hours
Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel and Outlook.
Experience supporting enterprise-level applications is preferred
