Technical Account Manager (TAM) – Hybrid Workplace
Looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy individual to fill the exciting role of Technical Account Manager (TAM) – Hybrid Workplace! As a TAM, you will be the go-to person for our managed service provider (MSP) customers, providing technical expertise and serving as their main liaison between our company and theirs. In this position, you will be the master of all things MSP, learning and understanding the ins and outs of our MSP customers’ IT environments and ensuring that their needs are being met by our products and services. You’ll work closely with our internal teams to troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues, while building strong relationships with our customers based on trust and excellent service.
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about technology, proactive in problem-solving, and has excellent communication skills. You’ll be the face of our company to our MSP customers, and we need someone who can represent us with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Technical Account Manager (TAM) – Hybrid Workplace Job Responsibilities:
- Understands our Client’s business needs and aligns with our technology solution and services
- Track customer issues and resolutions through ticketing system
- Ensure processes and procedures are followed
- Assist with the client onboarding process
- Conduct Monthly/ Quarterly/Annual business reviews
- Provide accurate, timely, and detailed documentation of all technical and client care issues
- Tier II computer and network knowledge to provide occasional troubleshooting or identify root technical issues
- Staying in scope and interfacing with client and internal sales team when scope changes and develop and build strong relationships
Technical Account Manager (TAM) – Hybrid Workplace Requirements:
- Having worked in an MSP environment
- Experience with network and systems administration required.
- Experience with technology consulting to the small or mid-sized business market required.
- Intermediate or better understanding and experience with technologies used by our clients, including but not limited to Windows Operating Systems, Personal Computers, Server Infrastructure, Network Infrastructure, Identity and Access Management, Microsoft Cloud Stack (365, Exchange, Entra, SharePoint, Teams, Azure), Firewalls, Wireless, VPN, VoIP, and Print/Copy/Scan.
- Strong business-centered technical knowledge and understanding of industry best practices, frameworks, and standards including but not limited to ITSM, ITIL, CIS, and NIST.
- Comfort and confidence in face-to-face interactions with senior leadership positions internally and externally.
- Strong ability to manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to independently perform as expected with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work and collaborate seamlessly with an integrated team comprising all aspects of IT Managed Services
