Technical Alignment Manager is a hybrid work from home and in-office position.
This MSP is expanding its Mid-Market practice as it continues to win clients. Over the last few years, leadership has invested heavily in building a repeatable service model across service delivery, vCIO guidance, cloud standards, and security alignment. As that model gains traction, the company is creating additional Technical Alignment Manager seats to help clients stay ahead of infrastructure decisions, roadmap planning, and long-term technology maturity. Several of these hires are being made with the expectation that the right people will grow into broader leadership responsibility as new client segments and internal teams continue to take shape.
The Technical Alignment Manager will serve as a hands-on resource and bridge between the client relationship and the technical strategy, helping ensure each environment is documented, aligned, and moving in the right direction. This is a good fit for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, identifying gaps, shaping roadmaps, and playing a visible role in how service delivery evolves as the company scales.
