Technical Recruiter & Account Manager Description:
- Screen candidates for qualifications, pitch active jobs to candidates
- Build long-term relationships. Create a Steller experience for clients and candidates in identifying and anticipating candidate needs, follow issues to closure, collaborate with the Management team in exceeding the expectations of the weekly business objectives
- Negotiate client offers, close candidates down on full time permanent positions
- Take job orders from clients and create job descriptions
Technical Recruiter & Account Manager Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience working for a recruiting firm
- 1+ years of experience in account management/ client management
- Negotiation skills
- Strong communication and ability to communicate with C-level executives
- Strong Interpersonal skills
Technical Recruiter & Account Manager Benefits:
- We provide competitive pay in Base + Commission structure: First year earnings are around $75K – $100K and second year earnings is around $100K – $125K. Third year and beyond is about $125K – $150K.
- We are in the process of building out a new office space (in Arlington) that is four times the size of our current office.
