Technical Recruiter (Permanent Placement Only) Day to Day:
- Taking Job Order requirements, explaining the job requirements to our Recruiting Team, clearing candidates on the positions, sending resumes to the client and driving placements to close by negotiating offers.
- Managing client relationships with SMB CEO’s and hiring managers
- Delivering candidate feedback after interviews

Technical Recruiter (Permanent Placement Only) Compensation: base salary + commissions. First year to third year compensation ranges between $75K – $135K+
Technical Recruiter (Permanent Placement Only) Benefits:
