- Source candidates via Job ads, Indeed, Linked In ads, Zip Recruiter, etc
- Conduct interviews via phone & zoom
- Pitch candidates active jobs
- Work with Account Management team to identify
Technical Recruiter Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience working for a recruiting firm
- Strong communication
- Extremely motivated
- Creative and innovative
Technical Recruiter Benefits:
- We provide competitive pay in Base + Commission structure: (Base salary typically around $60k). First year earnings are around $75K – $100K and second year earnings is around $125K – $150K. Third year and beyond is about $150K – $200K.
