Technical Recruiting Manager (2 hour lunch) Responsibilities:
- Technical Recruiting Manager manage a set of IT clients (Existing clients only, NO SALES)
- Technical Recruiting Manager submit qualified talent, schedule interviews, and write up job orders
- Technical Recruiting Manager negotiate offers/salary’s
- Technical Recruiting Manager maintain client and candidate relationships to make the best match
- Technical Recruiting Manager have the luxury of prioritizing their own accounts, client relationships and job orders – no micro managing and innovation/ creativity is encouraged
Technical Recruiting Manager Requirements:
- 1-5 years of staffing agency experience
- Ability to maintain client relationships
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- IT Infrastructure Staffing experience is a MAJOR PLUS typical skills include: Windows, Exchange, VMware, Hyper-V, Azure, Cisco.
Technical Recruiting Manager Salary & Benefits:
- Competitive Base Salary + Commission (First year to third year compensation ranges between $75K – $135K+)
