We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer (Tier II).
The Technical Support Engineer (Tier II) will be joining a Cloud Managed Services Provider Celebrating over 30 years of experience serving businesses in New York. We have recently increased our client base and are looking for a Technical Support Engineer (Tier II) to join our team and support our growing client base!
The Technical Support Engineer (Tier II) will provide innovative reactive and proactive solutions/services and pragmatic proposals to IT problems while providing a high level of customer service.
Technical Support Engineer (Tier II) Responsibilities include:
- Administrating Microsoft Servers
- Serving as a technical expert analyzing client infrastructure and providing recommendations on improvements.
- Systems monitoring, analysis and capacity planning.
- Virtualization technology support (VMware, Citrix, Hyper-V)
Technical Support Engineer (Tier II) Required Experience:
- 3+ years experience with Windows Servers, Azure, O365
- 3+ years experience administering Active Directory and managing Group Policies.
- 2+ years experience working for a Managed Service Provider required*
- Exceptional customer service and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and ability to align business and technology goals.
