Technical Support Representative (MSP)

We are currently seeking an Technical Support Representative (MSP) to join the Service Desk team.

The Technical Support Representative (MSP) will be joining an organized, down to earth company culture with a heavy focus on career growth and collaboration. The Technical Support Representative (MSP) will be responsible for Tier 1 reactive support and will have the opportunity to work along side the projects team to gain exposure to more Tier 2+ work and grow into a System Administrator or Project Engineer.

Technical Support Representative (MSP) Responsibilities:

  • Support Azure, VMware, and Windows Server environments remotely within a team environment
  • Manage accounts in active directory, complete password resets, provide printer support
  • Remote into desktops & complete basic troubleshooting
  • Troubleshooting and some administration of Office 365 and Microsoft Azure

Technical Support Representative (MSP) Requirements:

  • Experience with Windows Server 2012/2016, Exchange 2013/2016
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • 6+ months experience with O365 and Active Directory
  • ConnectWise experience preferred
  • 6 months+ MSP experience required
