As a Technical vCIO/Success Manager, you will be responsible for collaborating with our clients to align their IT strategy with their broader business objectives, identifying opportunities to optimize their technology infrastructure, and providing ongoing support to ensure their success. In this critical role, you will have the chance to work with a wide variety of clients across multiple industries, getting to know their unique needs and using your expertise to help drive their growth.
You’ll also work closely with our internal teams, including engineers, project managers, and sales reps, to develop tailored solutions that meet each client’s specific needs. To be successful in this role, you should have a deep understanding of cloud, infrastructure, and security technologies.

Technical vCIO/Success Manager – MSP Requirements:
- MSP Industry Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior IT leadership role ( trusted advisor, VCIO, client consultant)
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and security
- Proven track record of providing technology solutions and recommendations
