Technician Engineer Support (MSP) Requirements:
- ***2+ years Experience working with a Managed Service Provider REQUIRED***
- MS Window Server 2016-2019 configuration and deployment
- Windows systems design of A/D and GP, including experience working with utilities, scripting languages, and systems security used in Windows environments
- Hyper-V and VMware virtual server environment, P2Vs
- ConnectWise Manage experience REQUIRED
- Server disaster recovery and data backups
- O365 administration with domain synchronization
- Active Directory and Group Policy creation
- Knowledge of Cisco/SonicWall/ Aruba
- Implementing and configuring network software and hardware upgrades (Cisco Meraki; SonicWall)
- Cisco Networking, CLI, Configuration knowledge/ experience
- Configuring and managing firewalls, switches, W.A.P.s, VPNs, and other network appliances
- Azure & A.W.S. administration and support
- Ability to perform end-to-end troubleshooting in the storage, server, network, or anywhere in between
