For the Tier 1 System Administrator – Managed Services Team, we offer a full-time salary of 60k-70k, full health care benefits, certification reimbursement, on-going training – most proudly, an overall enjoyable place to work. The Tier 1 System Administrator – Managed Services Team will be responsible for handling technology, to include: workstations, servers, printers, networking (primarily SonicWall/Cisco products), and vendor specific hardware/software, and all SMB Microsoft tech i.e. AD, GPOs, Exchange, O365, etc.
Tier 1 System Administrator – Managed Services Team Responsibilities:
- Basic experience supporting Microsoft Windows server technologies 2012+, operating systems, Exchange, DNS and Active Directory, and virtualization platforms.
- Support Active Directory, DNS & Microsoft Exchange.
- VMware, experienced in management of ESXi virtual hosts (Hyper-V experience too)
- Provide administration and support for O365 and Azure AD
- Provide Tier 1 desktop and application support, including new user setups, line of business application support, and hosted application support.
- Produce, maintains and update technical documentation.
