We are a growing, highly customer centric IT Solutions firm and we are looking for a creative, organized, and driven Tier 2 IT Support Engineer – Managed Services to help us continue to provide exceptional customer service to small and medium-sized businesses.

The ideal Tier 2 IT Support Engineer – Managed Services will have excellent customer service and communication skills with an eagerness to learn and do more. You will need a “yes I can” attitude and always asks what else can be done to help.

In this role the Tier 2 IT Support Engineer – Managed Services will be responsible for supporting clients as a member of our high touch, customer-centric team both on client sites as well as remotely from our office. You will be exposed to many different technologies. As such, you will not be expected to know everything, but expected to be resourceful in finding solutions.

Tier 2 IT Support Engineer – Managed Services Responsibilities:

  • Experience supporting Windows server 2012/2016/2019/2022, VMWare, Hyper-V, Citrix, SQL, Digium, and Azure
  • Good grasp and working knowledge of acronyms like IP addresses, DNS, and DHCP
    ipconfig is your best friend… not really, but you know what we mean
  • Microsoft Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 (Active Directory, OU and GP management)
  • O365 Support, able to help migrations
  • Experience working in the Managed Service Provider industry is strongly desired!!!!

Tier 2 IT Support Engineer – Managed Services technologies:

  • Windows Server 2012 and up
  • Microsoft Exchange and Office 365
  • VMware 5+
  • Microsoft Azure is a plus
  • Router/Switch/Firewall troubleshooting abilities
  • ConnectWise experience is a huge plus!!!
