We are headquartered in New York, NY and are currently looking to grow our Global Service Desk team in their Queens office and add a Tier 2 Service Engineer. This individual will have ample opportunities for growth, not only through continued learning opportunities like paid certs, but from promotions on the team. On a daily basis, the Tier 2 Service Engineer will be:

  • configuring and troubleshooting issues related to the following technologies (and much more!):
    • Windows Server
    • DNS
    • DHCP
    • VPN Clients
    • Group Policy
    • Folder Permissions
    • Firewalls
    • VMWare servers
    • Printers on Terminal/Citrix servers
    • Printer Servers
    • Office 365
    • workstation and network connectivity issues
    • Exchange Server
    • Microsoft Office Applications

Tier 2 Service Engineer Salary: $50K-$65K
