Tier 2 Support Specialist (MSP)
This is an opportunity to join a true proactive Cloud and Managed Services company that is rapidly scaling their Professional Services (projects) Team. They have a full time position open for a Tier 2 Support Specialist (MSP).
This position consists of providing Tier II remote support, and occasionally assisting in project-based work. The breakdown of remote vs project work will vary based on individual client infrastructure needs, but the estimated breakdown is about 80% L2 Support and 20% team-based migration projects.
Customer Support Specialist – Tier 2 Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year MSP experience
- Experience being client-facing
- Demonstrable ability to work and make decisions independently in a fast-paced production environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience doing End User IT Support, Cloud, O365 troubleshooting/administration, virtualization, Windows System Administration, and general Network Administration (TCP/IP)
Customer Support Specialist – Tier 2 Benefits:
