Tier II Field Technician (Onsite & Remote Support) – MSP:

We are a IT company that offers IT services and support for small/ midsize businesses. Our primary focus is providing innovative technology solutions and IT services to our clients. We are looking for a motivated Tier II Field Technician to join our team!

This person will be responsible for providing support on Windows servers, computers, and firewalls with at least 2 years of MSP experience and 4 years of IT experience. This person has a keen eye for details and is experienced in managing Windows Servers including Active Directory, DNS, Server Applications, User Accounts, Group Policies and Security. Experience with configuration of firewalls, and resolving desktop problems for users including email, printing, scanning, and other office related software issues as well.

The Tier II Field Engineer will become the technical advisor to our customers and provide them technical support as well as high level advice on technology solutions.

The Tier II Field Engineer is an ideal role for anyone who has recently entered the IT field and is looking to exposure to more technology in diverse environments.

Tier II Field Technician (Onsite & Remote Support) – MSP:

 Job Requirements:

  • Extensive work experience (4+ years) deploying and maintaining LANs;
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft (Workstation and Server) and Macintosh operating systems including: Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, VMWare, Routing and Network Management;
  • 2+ years of experience working for a Managed Service Provider Required
  • MCSA, MCSE, or CCNA preferred
