Tier II IT Support Specialist (ConnectWise Automate)
We are a large National Managed Service Provider looking to add to our collaborative team! We have been around for 20+ years and have grown year over year for the past 5 years.
We currently have an opening for a Tier II IT Support Specialist (ConnectWise Automate). The Tier II IT Support Specialist (ConnectWise Automate) will be responsible for level II technical support for clients. The Tier II System Administrator will also have amble opportunities to work along side project engineers to grow their migration, configuration & deployment experience.
Tier II IT Support Specialist (ConnectWise Automate) Responsibilities:
- Support, and troubleshoot servers, firewalls, routers, and switches.
- Support, and troubleshoot VMware, HyperV, etc.
- Work with, support, and troubleshoot the latest backup technologies (Datto, StoreageCraft, etc.)
- Setup wireless networks
- Handle a mixture of front-line tickets and escalated desktop support issues
- Act as a Team Lead over the more junior Service Desk members; monitoring “trouble tickets”, keeping tabs on the support desk as a whole using dashboards and internal report
Tier II IT Support Specialist (ConnectWise Automate) Requirements:
- 2+ years working for a Managed Service Provider Required
- Experience handling Tier II technical issues on the service desk
- ConnectWise Automate experience required**
- Thorough knowledge of Windows 7, 8 and 10, Microsoft Office & Office 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.)
- Experience with wireless networking, router/switch/firewall configurations
- Intermediate- advanced understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, etc
- Server Virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware, etc)
Tier II System Administrator Benefits:
