Looking for a Tier II Service Desk Engineer/Network Administrator for a full-time, permanent opportunity. This position is with an MSP that has been in business for over 30 years, and consists of about 40 employees. The Tier II Service Desk Engineer/Network Administrator will work primarily on a remote basis from the company headquarters in Manhattan. The ideal candidate for the Tier II Service Desk Engineer/Network Administrator will have a CCNA level skill level as they will be resolving Tier II systems and network issues.

- Cisco ASA Configuration/Support
- VPN Configuration/Support
- CCNA desired but not required

What we need: This person would act as an escalation support engineer/hybrid engineer supporting network infrastructures, mainly Windows Server and Cisco switching (Catalyst and Nexus), Cisco ISE, wireless, and some routing/ASA devices.
