Tier III Tech Support (MSP):

Currently, we are seeking a Tier III Tech Support Specialist.
The Tier III Tech Support Specialist must have excellent technical understanding of the Microsoft Stack. The Tier III Tech Support will be responsible for cloud migrations and infrastructure build outs.

Tier III Tech Support (MSP) Responsibilities:

  • Configure and install various computer and Windows servers
  • Migrate clients to O365
  • Configure servers
  • Azure build outs, migrations, support
  • SharePoint troubleshooting & migrations
  • Virtualization via Hyper-V or VMware (Configuring new infrastructure and completing P2V migrations)
  • Install and maintain approved security tools, policies, and follow procedures to implement
  • Design, configure, maintain and upgrade corporate customer’s networks and in-house servers
