vCIO (IT Managed Services) Overview:
We are a distinguished New York City based Managed Services Provider, specializing in understanding clients’ IT blueprints and modernization strategies. We focus on enhancing cloud computing, network security, and server infrastructure, and prioritizes exceptional customer service and technical expertise. Due to increased revenue, we are seeking a vCIO (IT Managed Services) who will be responsible for creating strategic relationships with clients. The ideal vCIO (IT Managed Services) candidate must possess previous MSP experience along with a broad range of sales, technical, and business skills, as well as the ability to identify common trends and propose potential enhancements to business technology and operational efficiencies to management and client C-level representatives. You will be the primary point of contact for all new and existing clients, requiring excellent oral and written communication skills.
Previous MSP experience is required for this position.
vCIO (IT Managed Services) Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- A minimum of 1 year in the MSP industry
- Understanding our client’s business and how they operate.
- Building healthy relationships with decision makers.
- Building technology roadmaps that budgets with clients to foresee future technology spending on projects, migrations, and upgrades.
- Work with TAM (if applicable) to build and maintain company library.
- Meet with TAM and review current alignment status of clients.
- Make recommendations to clients to keep them within the standards or sell projects to get them to a standard that they are lacking.
- Tracking and Management.
- Record all details of Technology Business Reviews.
- Share results with management and project future projects to come.
- Report on what methods have gotten traction and what has not.
