Operations Manager – MSP | Leadership, Strategy, and Service Excellence
Salary: $120,000 – $130,000 annually

What You’ll Do

Oversee day-to-day operations across Service Delivery, Projects, NOC/SOC, and Account Management

Ensure issues are resolved efficiently and SLA expectations are met in a 24/7/365 environment

Lead project planning and implementation efforts across client environments

Streamline workflows and optimize SOPs for maximum efficiency and client satisfaction

Collaborate cross-functionally to align departments with company goals

Own procurement processes including vendor management and logistics coordination

Serve as the escalation point for operational and client-impacting challenges

Analyze ticketing, time tracking, and task management metrics for performance improvements

Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning

Mentor team members and cultivate a culture of accountability, learning, and collaboration
What You Bring

Strong foundation in systems, networking, or desktop administration

Proven leadership experience within an MSP

Excellent communication skills with a proactive, client-first attitude

Experience implementing and refining SOPs and internal processes

Ability to think strategically and execute tactically under pressure

Comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
