Operations Manager – MSP | Leadership, Strategy, and Service Excellence
Salary: $120,000 – $130,000 annually

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across Service Delivery, Projects, NOC/SOC, and Account Management

  • Ensure issues are resolved efficiently and SLA expectations are met in a 24/7/365 environment

  • Lead project planning and implementation efforts across client environments

  • Streamline workflows and optimize SOPs for maximum efficiency and client satisfaction

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align departments with company goals

  • Own procurement processes including vendor management and logistics coordination

  • Serve as the escalation point for operational and client-impacting challenges

  • Analyze ticketing, time tracking, and task management metrics for performance improvements

  • Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning

  • Mentor team members and cultivate a culture of accountability, learning, and collaboration


What You Bring

  • Strong foundation in systems, networking, or desktop administration

  • Proven leadership experience within an MSP

  • Excellent communication skills with a proactive, client-first attitude

  • Experience implementing and refining SOPs and internal processes

  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically under pressure

  • Comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
