What You’ll Do
Lead and mentor the Client Services team, ensuring high performance and alignment with organizational goals.
Develop and maintain trusted relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders.
Oversee service delivery, including onboarding, SLA adherence, and proactive issue resolution.
Collaborate with sales, technical teams, and product teams to deliver customized solutions aligned with client objectives.
Analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for improving satisfaction and service delivery.

What We’re Looking For
7+ years of experience in client success, service delivery, or account management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong background in managed IT services, including cloud solutions, IT infrastructure, and SLAs.
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
Proficiency with CRM tools, customer success platforms, and data analytics.
Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
