WFH Support Engineer – (MSP)
We are seeking an experienced Support Engineer who will provide day to day support to clients, management to customer’s network & system infrastructures and technical leadership to a growing team. We are a rapidly growing Managed Services Provider with offices in New York & Florida. This is a full time work-from-home position. We encourage our team members’ professional development through internal training and reimbursement for relevant courses and certifications.
The WFH Support Engineer – (MSP) will handle network hardware deployment and will assist with server systems deployments. The WFH Support Engineer – (MSP) will oversee customer support requests over the phone and via ticket system and handle escalated support requests and further escalates as needed. The experienced WFH Support Engineer – (MSP) should have advanced skills in computer networking, hardware, and software including router, firewall and switch configuration.
WFH Support Engineer – (MSP) Responsibilities:
- Implementation and migration of software and hardware upgrades and patches.
- IT support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft’s core business applications
- Monitor and maintain VOIP/Voice systems.
- Troubleshooting/support of O365
- Document and update the client environment
- Communication with customers as required, keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages.
WFH Support Engineer – (MSP) Requirements:
- Must have 3+ years of MSP experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
- Ability to improve customer service satisfaction
- Knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure)
- Knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems (7, 8, 10); Windows server operating systems (Server 2008/2012 R2/2016); Microsoft Exchange Server (2010/2013); Microsoft Terminal Server (2008/2012/2016); Active Directory; Microsoft SQL Server (2008/2012/2016).
