Rico has been with RedEye, a managed service provider in Hamilton, New Jersey, since 2013 and currently serves as an Account Manager, a role he has held since March 2021 after several years working on the technical support side of the business. Over his 10+ years with the company, he has grown from an IT/Computer Technician into the primary client-facing resource responsible for managing relationships across the MSP’s customer base. In his current position, Rico prepares and leads Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), manages client communication and retention, develops proposals and quotes, and coordinates closely with service delivery, finance, and project teams to ensure clients receive the appropriate support and services. His day-to-day work centers around client success, budgeting discussions, CRM management, and acting as a trusted advisor to customers on their overall IT strategy and operational needs.
Earlier in his career at RedEye, Rico built a technical foundation supporting Microsoft 365 and Exchange environments, troubleshooting desktop and network issues, managing backup solutions, and assisting with disaster recovery and business continuity planning. This background gives him a strong understanding of the technical side of MSP service delivery, which helps him communicate effectively with engineers while advocating for client needs. Rico studied Information Technology at Mercer County Community College and has developed strong operational and leadership skills through years of hands-on MSP experience, positioning him well for Account Manager, Client Success Manager, or Technical Account Manager roles within larger managed service organizations.
