He has been working in the MSP space since 2021 and most recently served as an IT Support Technician/Engineer at a mid-sized MSP where he supported 42 clients across industries. From August 2022 to June 2025, he handled a blend of Tier 1 and Tier 2 responsibilities, averaging 10–15 tickets per day through Autotask and Datto RMM. He supported a dedicated client onsite biweekly and worked extensively with Windows Server environments (2008–2022), Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365 as a global admin. He also managed VMware and Hyper-V systems, configured Meraki and Ubiquiti firewalls and switches, and maintained secure backup strategies using Datto and Acronis.
In addition to system administration, he supported Azure environments—working with Entra ID, Intune, and light VM configuration. His work was an even split between end-user and backend support, with a 70/30 systems-to-networking focus. Known for his friendly, down-to-earth demeanor, he is currently studying for the AZ-104 to continue strengthening his cloud expertise. He holds several certifications including CCNA and Fortinet NSE1/NSE2, and brings a military background with four years of service in the U.S. Navy. With a strong MSP foundation, bilingual communication skills, and a desire to grow in cloud technologies, he is well positioned for a Tier 1.5 or Tier 2 role with upward potential.
