Andrew wears many hats at Newcomputech Inc., an MSP he has been with since 2013. He is responsible for account management, customer success, and service delivery management, as well as handling the company's financials and operations. His responsibilities are broken down as 40% AM/Customer Success, 40% SDM, and 20% operations and financials.
Andrew is the go-to person for inventory/vendor management, and creating and presenting proposals to clients. He is the first point of contact for clients and handles pre and post-sales follow-up. Additionally, he supports over 50 clients, including city and state agencies, law firms, dental offices, and even a client with 100 locations. As a customer success manager, he builds relationships with clients, assists with pricing and quoting, and collaborates with vendors on client projects. In his role as an SDM, Andrew supports the tech team of 12 and 4 sales executives, manages projects from start to finish, and ensures KPIs and SLAs are met (time to close, efficiency, no reworks/misdiagnosing). While he does not primarily focus on closing tickets, he steps in when clients specifically request his assistance or when the tech team is busy with break fix issues or basic network connectivity. He also works closely with the owner on day-to-day operations and financial matters.
