Norberto is a M365 Engineer with a strong MSP background and a specialization in Microsoft collaboration and voice technologies. Since 2021, he’s been with Zones, where he initially provided Tier 3 support before transitioning into project engineering—owning deliverables across M365, Exchange (on-prem and cloud), Teams Voice, Intune, and Entra ID. He’s executed over 10 M365 migrations, supported Intune implementations (including SCCM to Intune transitions), and played a key role in Exchange migrations, including hybrid setups.

He holds multiple Microsoft certifications, including Teams Administrator Associate and Teams Voice Engineer Expert, and is also ITIL v3 certified. Norberto has hands-on experience managing compliance frameworks like NIST and CSF, with responsibilities that included conditional access, MFA, and policy alignment. While his primary domain is M365 and voice, he’s also contributed to Hyper-V upgrade projects and Windows Server support. Tool-savvy with ServiceNow, Jira, and Zendesk, he brings a project-first mindset with a strong follow-through on post-production support, making him a well-rounded engineer for both delivery and optimization in cloud-first environments.
