Steven is an Escalations Engineer with MSP experience since 2017 across 3 organizations, currently with Stargel since September 2023. He operates as the highest point of escalation on the service desk, handling Tier 4 issues across M365, Azure environments, networking, and infrastructure, and is often the final stop when issues cannot be resolved by others. He is more backend-focused, with strong experience in administration, troubleshooting, and maintaining environments rather than heavy project ownership. His technical background includes M365 (Global Admin, migrations, Entra ID, conditional access), Windows Server administration (AD, GPOs, file servers, DHCP), VMware maintenance, Datto BCDR backups, and firewall configuration across SonicWall and FortiGate. He has also been involved in Intune deployments and has assisted with M365 migrations, while continuing to expand his exposure to cloud technologies. Day-to-day, he handles a mix of escalations and backend support, along with occasional onsite work for deployments and troubleshooting. Personality-wise, he is very direct and to the point, someone who focuses on getting the job done without a lot of fluff.
He is currently looking for a new opportunity to gain more cloud exposure and continue growing technically, as his current role has been more limited in that area. He is open to hybrid, remote, or onsite roles within a short commute and is targeting $75K+.
