Consultative Service Delivery Manager & IT Operations professional that brings over a decade of MSP leadership experience, most notably with 10 years at a Large National MSP where he grew from technical engineering into a hands-on consultative SDM and IT Operations leader, known for being equally comfortable in strategy and execution. He managed 70 staff with 10 direct reports, overseeing Service Desk, Professional Services, and Field Services. Most recently at a SMB MSP, he survived multiple rounds of layoffs and worked directly with the president to build out service delivery, QBR frameworks, KPI dashboards, and onboarding processes before the company’s private equity downsizing.
